Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
At The Lotus Shack, we carefully inspect every item before it leaves our shop.
Because many of our products are unique, handcrafted, one-of-a-kind, spiritually selected, or intended for personal use, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
The Lotus Shack does not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any merchandise.
This policy applies to all merchandise sold by The Lotus Shack, including but not limited to:
- Crystals and gemstones
- Minerals and fossils
- Jewelry
- Herbs, teas, botanicals, and resins
- Candles
- Oils and sprays
- Incense
- Tarot decks
- Oracle decks
- Books
- Clothing and T-shirts
- Home décor
- Statues and figurines
- Ritual tools
- Handmade items
- Artwork
- Gift items
- Clearance or sale merchandise
- Custom or special-order items
- Gift cards
Many of our products are deeply personal in nature. We believe that crystals, gemstones, tarot and oracle decks, and other spiritual tools often begin forming a unique energetic connection with their new keeper. Along with the personal-use nature of many of our products, this is one of the reasons all sales at The Lotus Shack are final.
Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We’re truly sorry if one of your treasures arrives damaged, defective, or if we accidentally shipped the wrong item.
If this occurs, please contact The Lotus Shack within 3 days of delivery.
Please provide:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photographs of the item(s)
- Photos of the shipping box
- Photos of the shipping label
- Photos of all packing materials
- Photos showing any shipping damage or package tampering
Approved claims are not considered returns or refunds.
If your claim is approved, The Lotus Shack may, at its sole discretion:
- Replace the item (if available), or
- Provide another appropriate resolution.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address.
If you notice an error, contact us immediately.
If your order has not yet shipped, we will make every effort to update the address.
Orders that have already shipped cannot be rerouted by The Lotus Shack. Any additional shipping costs required to resend a returned package are the responsibility of the customer.
Returned Packages
Packages returned because of:
- Incorrect address
- Refused delivery
- Failure to claim the package
may be reshipped after additional shipping charges have been paid.
Weather & Carrier Delays
The Lotus Shack cannot guarantee delivery dates once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier.
Delays caused by weather, holidays, carrier operations, or other circumstances beyond our control do not qualify for refunds, returns, exchanges, or order cancellations.
Product Availability & Pricing
The Lotus Shack reserves the right to:
- Modify or discontinue products at any time.
- Limit purchase quantities.
- Correct pricing errors.
- Change prices, promotions, or product availability without prior notice.
- Cancel orders affected by inventory or pricing errors.

Products purchased from The Lotus Shack are intended for personal use only. Unauthorized resale or commercial redistribution is prohibited without prior written permission.
