If your order arrives damaged or defective, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery by emailing thelotusshack@icloud.com with:

  • Clear photographs of the damaged item
  • Photos of the product packaging
  • Photos of the shipping box if it was damaged during transit

After reviewing your claim, The Lotus Shack may, at its sole discretion:

  • Issue store credit;
  • Replace the damaged item, if available; or
  • Offer another reasonable resolution.

Store credit has no cash value, is non-transferable, and may only be used toward future purchases.

Claims submitted after seven (7) days or without sufficient documentation may be denied.

We have made every effort to accurately display product colors and images; however, we cannot guarantee your monitor or device will display colors accurately.

Product availability, pricing, descriptions, and quantities are subject to change without notice.
